Fees & Insurance
I want to make therapy accessible with the least hassle for you. If we are dealing with insurance, I will call and get detailed information on what your coverage is, deductibles, co-insurance, number of allowed visits, and pre-authorization if need be. I will call you back and let you know what I find out. This enables us to make informed decisions for treatment planning that suits your needs.

If you have a large deductible to surmount, we can discuss either cash pay rates an adjusted cash pay plus billing submission rate.

Cash pay rates are $85.00 per hour.

In Network Contracts
Some of my contracted insurances are: Cigna, Great West, Humana, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Medicare.

Contracts are subject to change and your insurance may not be listed here but be in network. I’d be happy to call and verify.
