Walking Meditation For Calming (Video)

In this video, I use my experience as a traumatic stress therapist to take you through a stress reducing exercise that can help you calm down. She will use principles from Somatic Experiencing trauma healing therapy, and her body knowledge. This Boulder, Colorado PT, teaches you ways to feel safely self-aware.
